Whether you are looking for ongoing massage care or need relief from the tension and stress of everyday life, we can tend to your needs. We offer a variety of massage therapy options as well as complimentary health treatments. Our therapists are regulated by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and are members of the OMTA.

Treatments are by appointment and can be made either by telephone or email. We are open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm (later appointments available).
